How To Reset Your Gladstone Hosted Password

To reset your Gladstone password please follow the steps below;


The format of your Gladstone password will be FirstnameLastname@gladstone-leisurecloud.net
  1. Go to https://edinburghleisure.sharepoint.com/sites/Intranet

  2. Click Useful Links

  3. Right click on Gladstone Password Reset and select Open link in incognito window (if using Microsoft Edge browser selected InPrivate window)




  4. Click Can't access your account



  5. Click Work or school account



  6. Enter your Gladstone email address and captcha code.  Click Next



  7. Click Next on the following screen



  8. Enter the phone number registered against your Gladstone account.  Click Text

  9. Enter the verification code you receive into the field.  Click Next

  10. Type in your new password and confirm.  Click Finish.

  11. Attempt to logon using your newly set password
If you receive the following error "You are not registered for self service password reset" please submit a ticket to the IT helpdesk.
