How To Update Your Microsoft 365 Security Information
You can add, change or delete verification methods used to for Multi Factor Authentication and Self Service Password Reset.
To do this;
- Click on the following link https://myworkaccount.microsoft.com/?tenant=c23b47f5-d2de-4d8e-9eb6-e51e8d53e9af
- Click Update Info on the Security Info tile
- You can change the Default Sign-In Method. Click Change to do this and select the relevant option
- To delete a method click Delete.
- To add another method from this screen click Add method
NOTE - you must have at least 2 methods in order to carry out Self Service Password Reset. If you delete all or leave just 1 option you will be required to add them in the next time you attempt to login.
