Password Policy for Microsoft365 & Gladstone Plus2 (MRM)

The following password policies are in place for the following systems;

Microsoft365 (including Tech1, ELevate, 8x8, Zoho) and Laptops/PC's
  1. Minimum length - 8 characters
  2. Number of passwords remembered - 24
  3. Maximum password age - 90 days
  4. Failed login attempts - 3
  5. Failed login attempts reset period - 30 minutes
Plus2 / MRM
  1. Minimum length - 6
  2. Maximum password age - 90 days
  3. Complexity - at least 1 upper case, at least 1 lower case, at least 1 number
  4. Failed login attempts - 3
  5. Failed login attempts reset period - 30 minutes
