How To Reset Your Password (Self Service Password Reset)

Please ensure your have completed the steps in the following article before attempting to reset your password - 
How To Enable Your Account For Self Service Password Reset

You will see the following screen if you have not set your account up for Self Service Password Reset;



This password allows you to login to the following applications - Microsoft365 (and all relevant applications), Tech1, OpenHR, Zoho (and relevant applications).
To reset your Plus2 (MRM) or Learn2 licences please submit an IT Helpdesk ticket.

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by following these steps;
  1. Navigate to Office.com

  2. Click Sign In

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Click Forgotten my password

  5. Click Next on the following screen;


  6. Enter the characters you see into the available field;



  7. Click Next on the following screen;
  8. A screen similar to the following will appear.  Select the first (of two) verification methods you wish to use to reset your password;



  9. The next action will depend on the method you have chosen to verify your account.  You will either receive a notification via the authenticator app which you must approve OR you will receive a verification code by email, text or call.

  10. Repeat the previous steps for the second verification method you wish to use. This needs to be different from the first option so if you chose the authenticator app in the first step you will need to select either a text, call or email.



  11. Enter the verification code you received then click Next.

  12. You will then be able to create a new password.  Please enter this twice into the relevant fields and click Finish



  13. You will now be able to login using your new password.
