People XD "You cannot access this right now" Error
We have had an increasing number of reports of users experiencing issues when logging into People XD. The most common error is shown below:
This occurs after attempting to access your account outwith Edinburgh Leisure's network (i.e at home) without having any authentication method set up on your account.
To resolve this, you can go to:
Then click "add sign in method"
Select "phone"
Type in your mobile phone number
Once you have completed this process, you should be able to log in to People XD without this error appearing.
