Office 365 Quarantine

We appreciate that it may be frustrating to not receive an email that you may be expecting and that it ends up in quarantine, however this system is in place to protect the business and data that we hold for customers, contractors and clients.

If you are expecting an email and don't receive it you can check the quarantine at any time by going to https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine

If there is a company that you work with and it is absolutely critical that you receive emails from them as soon as they are sent you will be required to provide details on the reasons why.  Please follow the usual process to contact us detailing these reasons and we will review your request.
